  Called prescription in Tues , got message no refills. Spoke to pharmacy tech. I was told the Pharmacist would call the Dr office & it would be ready Thurs. Never heard anything, I called Fri. and told the Pharmacist would call the Dr. today Then I got a computerized call "Dr denied request". I called & spoke to the pharmacist, asked her why it was denied. She told me well, actually the Dr office never called her back. I called the Dr Office, the pharmacist LIED. She NEVER called the Dr office. Meanwhile I have only a few days left of essential medications. I switched my prescription to a different CVS. (My ins only uses CVS or I would go a different pharmacy, if the drugs weren't so expensive). If the pharmacist is overworked or didn't have the time to call or if she is afraid to call because English is not her first language,, then CVS NEEDS TO HIRE MORE PHARMACISTS. When my ins changes and I get a choice, it will NOT be to use CVS. And CVS can stop sending me coupons

  Slowest pharmacy ever. Every single time I’ve been here I’ve had to wait for so long. It’s unbelievable how slow they are. Definitely my last time coming here.
